This salad has only four ingredients (plus dressing) and is super simple to make. It’s perfect for a summer night!
Ingredients:
Several handfuls of spinach
Blueberries (strawberries work great too)
Bacon, cooked and crumbled
Shaved almonds
Method:
Toss all the ingredients together and serve with French or Catalina dressing on the side. Enjoy!
